Loaded up for multiday trip
After three weeks at the Aquaterra camp on the banks of the Ganges river, I can say that this is a pretty sweet place. The rafting is thrilling for the clients, there is a couple of good spots for play boating and there are lots of spots for hiking around the area. The company I am working for, Aquaterra Adventures, provides the clients with three excellent meals. We are hoping at the moment that the water will be coming up soon. I have done two, three day expiditions down the Alakanada and Ganges rivers. This was with members of a company called www.makemytrip.com, check them out for travel ideas in India.
Another rafting trip yeaterday and today that was fun with a group from Delhi and Bombay. Both were photograhers so I got some new tips on taking photos which is exciting. Hope to post some in the near future though I am finding it hard to up load them here as the internet isn't that fast.
A trip at the beginning of April from the confluence of the Bigrahiti and Alakanada with some school kids is next on the books and a trek tomorrow morning with a paddle in the afternoon. Should be fun.

Next Adventure
Well after a brief, but fun month back in Canada I am now off on my next adventure. I am off to India today after spending less than 24hrs in Singapore. Did pretty good as Singapore Airlines put me up in a sweet pad last night. Then cruised to the Holland Village (expiates area), after that I was off to a wetland area near the border with Malaysia. Now I am set to Head to New Delhi. Sound make the next 24hrs interesting. Onwards to Rishikesh in the state of Uttracharal. This is supposed to be a yoga paradise, however I will be here for the Ganges river and others in the vincinty. Look forward to updating with pictures and stories from this neat area.
